A spider chart is a visual tool designed to plot a series of values over multiple quantitative variables. The further out from the center a value is, the more of that particular characteristic/flavor descriptor is present.

The spider chart shows a control finished product sample and a sample with BOOSTRACT flavor reaction technology. Visually showing what impact the BOOSTRACT has on the flavor of the finished product when compared to the control sample (without BOOSTRACT).
